Amazing karate, they are teaching my 3 year old so much, I can only imagine all that he will learn here.

My gigantic blended family all attend karate classes here at WoGK. Strongly recommended for both kids and adults -- amazing, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Outstanding teachers, excellent martial arts, and all kinds of fun. Give it a shot -- you won't be disappointed.

I took self-defense classes years ago, but memory fades, so I thought I'd take a refresher. Sensei Tony makes a serious topic like this enjoyable and funny. Hope to fit regular lessons into my schedule. I definitely recommend Warriors of Grace for all age groups.

We love coming to Warriors of Grace! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the facility is well kept. The owner Tony truly cares about the students, in and outside of karate. I highly recommend!

My son is so happy to come here he loves this school . They are an amazing group of people I also love that it’s Christian based and values they instill on our children would recommend this school to everyone . At the end of class he hates leaving he wishes it wouldn’t end but he looks to forward to the following week ! One proud parent and one happy child !

We looked at three others karate schools before enrolling our five years old son at Warriors of Grace Karate. The first thing we noticed is the passion they have for Karate and the love of teaching. From day one, Sansei Tony and Mrs. Carol made us feel welcome and part of the family. At the first class our son cried and Sansei Tony sat with him and took the time to focus on the problem and find the solution. Four months after that first day, our son loves Karate, loves Senpai Noelle, and loves Warriors or Grace so much that he asked if he can sleep there. His attitude has changed, he is motivated, a better listener and he follows directions.

It’s hard to find a place that really connects with each child individually. To feel welcomed and appreciated. From their teachers to classmates they have made friends and learned so much. The character packets each month really help them in every day life and in home situations. One month taught them saying, “I can do hard things,” months later they still have those go to sayings and lessons. Critical thinking and helping others is second nature now. We have 3 children that come here and can’t wait for our 2 year old to start up next year when she turns 3!!

New Year/ Martial Arts The Ultimate New Years Resolution

The Ultimate New Years Resolution
The New Year is here, and with thousands of goals and resolutions in sight as well, 2020 is the year you should try something new!
Martial arts is an established system that can better the entirety of your being.
Whether you need mental benefits like furthering your discipline muscle, physical benefits like getting in shape, or maybe you’re just looking to make some new friends; martial arts is for you.

3 Martial Arts Benefits
Physical
The most common New Year’s resolution you will hear is to get in better shape.
The physical benefits from martial arts are obvious.
Martial arts will get you in shape in a way you find fun. Your body gets more comfortable with itself, so you have better control over your physical abilities as well.
Needless to say, arming yourself with the self defense tactics from martial arts makes you better equipped to deal with some of the more dangerous physical obstacles in life.
Really, martial arts is more than just physical improvement.

Mental
Looking for more discipline, focus, and awareness?
There are several martial arts benefits, but the greatest is the mental toughness.
Martial arts helps connect your mind with your brain. It helps your mind gain the necessary control it needs to do this. It helps you find comfort in stressful situations. Maybe you want to be more adventurous, less scared of the world, or more adjusted to your own body?
It’s more than just kicking and punching. The spiritual benefits are plenty. This mental improvement can help you deal with your anxiety, your depression, and any other negative mental stressor that is plaguing your day to day.

Social
The social benefits of martial arts are often overlooked.
Maybe you’ve gotten in with the wrong crowd, and have decided that you need to add fresh faces to your life. Maybe you just need some new friends.
The martial arts community is one of the friendliest, most supportive, and inspiring groups of people you will ever find. It’s a great place to make lifelong friends and relationships.
You will find that the martial arts world is fascinating on it’s own, and that you could spend a whole lifetime indulging in some of its pleasantries.
You will get addicted to the lifestyle and your new friends will be able to empathize.

Why just pick one New Year’s resolution this year when you can be apart of something that covers so much more than just one improvement?
This new year, you could be smarter, healthier, calmer, and happier.
