Warriors of Grace
Martial Arts Programs
Ninjas (ages 3–5)
Our Little Ninjas class focuses on pre-K kids ready to enter school. Little Ninjas learn foundational Karate skills such as punches, blocks, kicks, and simple movement patterns. Exercises in this class incorporate big muscle activities as well as working on taking turns, following directions and listening the first time. We also learn about our numbers and colors. Refer to the Ninjas program page for further details.
Tigers (ages 5–8)
Physical and Life Skill Development in early Elementary
Our Tigers class is for Kindergarteners to 2nd graders. Tigers learn foundational Karate/self-defense techniques such as punches, kicks, and blocks and even training in bo (staff). This class learns how to apply the techniques they have practiced through sparring one another in a controlled and moderated environment. Check the Tigers program page to get the full scoop.
Juniors (ages 8–14)
For ages 8–14, our Juniors class is for beginners and intermediate students who are learning basic Karate/self-defense techniques plus more complex karate patterns (kata). Self-defense techniques include grappling from standing and ground levels, striking, and sports sparring. These activities also teach our students how to use what they have learned in self-defense applications (bunkai). Explore the Juniors program page to discover more.
Warriors (Invitation only)
Our Warriors program is an invitation only class for kids who advanced through Tigers. Here, we provide kids with more in-depth training. Check out the Warriors program page for more information.
Black Belt Club (invitation only)
The Black Belt Club is an invite-only program for kids who pass through the Warriors or Juniors programs. This takes students on a path to earn their junior black belt. The class requires lots of hard work and commitment to Karate and their personal development. For more information, we invite you to visit the Black Belt Club program page.
Adults (ages 15+)
Our adult program is fit for students of any experience level, background, or fitness. Similarly to our kids program, adult Karate classes help students develop physically, mentally and spiritually. If you’ve always wanted to do Karate, the right time to start is now. Visit the Adult program page for additional information.
Leadership Program (Invitation only)
The Leadership Program is set up to help students progress from student to future teacher. They learn valuable skills in Karate, but even more so in how to lead a class. The character and discipline required is high to succeed. Take a look at the Leadership Program page to learn more.
Homeschool Classes
There is Karate available to all kids, including homeschooled children. It’s a great way for homeschooled students to work among peers and grow their skills. We meet weekly on Mondays during the day. Check out the program pages to learn more.
