Leadership Program
Are you wanting to become a future Karate instructor? You can do so with an invite to our Leadership Program. Here, students are put to the test as they will have to work hard as students, teachers, and members of the community. Students are required to invest in their personal development within Karate.
Communication Skills
One of the key strengths you need is to be able to communicate. You must know how to communicate with certain people depending on their personality. Our Leadership Program will teach you how to do just that. Working as a coach on the mat, you’ll need to talk to students and other coaches. This will include giving instructions and collaborating with others to optimize class time.
Special Homework, Workouts, and Weekly Classes
There is a lot of work students must do when they join the Leadership Program. Students have specific homework they must complete that will help prepare them to be leaders in and out of the classroom. On top of that, students will be required to complete specific workouts that proves they are capable of leading the class. As well as these efforts, students must join our weekly classes over the summer.
