Warriors
Membership in the Warriors Club will open up a whole new world of growth for your child within martial arts. Your child will accelerate his or her learning, both in areas of personal development, and in the development of advanced martial arts skills. This program is considered a preparation for Black Belt Club membership, our most prestigious and advanced junior program.
Selection Process
Your child’s instructors are experts in determining which students have the necessary attributes for Warriors Club membership.
The first attribute is a positive attitude when tackling new challenges. I’m trying my best.
The second attribute is good attendance. Good attendance shows discipline; the discipline to follow through and stick with your goals. This is critical as martial arts, and the road to black belt is marked with small, incremental improvements that, when achieved consistently, gain enormous momentum leading to fantastic mental and physical breakthroughs.
The third attribute is commitment. We have two levels of Tiger students. The first is the novice (Tiger) who is in the midst of their introduction to karate. This student is considered a trial student and as such he/she will be taught foundational karate skills and the required attendance is once per week. The next level of Tiger student is the Warriors Club. The Warriors Club members will learn and develop more advanced skills and their combat application. By recommending your child into the Warriors Club, your instructors have determined that your child has the attributes necessary to succeed in this program and to eventually go on to Black Belt Club membership, our most advanced and junior program.
